Building worry free homes for working class families
Canada West Group has established a new cash grant program designed to help families and individuals close the gap to home ownership in the Lower Mainland housing market.
We currently have $150,000 of grant money available for our Aavand project in Coquitlam West. We will be expanding the program to our future developments. Your application can be considered for any current and future opportunity.
If you would like to purchase a home now but the only thing holding you back is saving that last bit of money to cover the costs needed to close on your home, this grant program is for you.
Successful applicants will receive a cheque for the funds they need to close on their home within one week of going firm on their chosen home.
Step 1: All applications will be received through our online application form. The form asks for basic information along with a bit of information about yourself, which may include:
- Introduction to you and your family (if applicable)
- Details about what you are hoping for in a home
- How much you still need to save in order to make your home dream a reality
- Why you should be awarded a grant to help you get into a home
Step 2: Provide mortgage verification from your broker or lender.
Step 3: Interview with the Canada West team.
Once your application is received someone from our office will be in touch to confirm mortgage details and review next steps.
